FAR + DANG
F A R + D A N G is a multidisciplinary design office engaged in the complexities and multiplicities of contemporary life. Its research, strategy, and work focuses on transforming intangible ideas into spatial realities and physical form. F A R + D A N G was formed in January of 2011 by partners Bang Dang and Rizwan Faruqui who together bring over 30 years of experience in the design field. Their goal is to heighten the immaterial such as ideas, hopes, and space, by way of the material such as site, structure, and enclosure.
STRAND ARCHITECTIRE | ENGINEERING
Founded in 1979, STRAND and its staff offer collective extensive experience in projects of diverse typologies and genres delivering architectural, planning, design, interior design, structural engineering, and related services to its clientele from our Dallas, Texas office.
Their client centric focus with a company foundation of service, ethics, and integrity defines their commitment to excellence. Their mission to fully understand the business model of the client and of the project allows them to advocate for their clients’ interests and when combined with function, an inspirational aesthetic, efficient structures, and sustainability, successful projects where people live, work, and play emerge.
NIMMO
NIMMO is a modern, progressive architecture firm located in Dallas, Texas, founded by architect Joshua Nimmo [AIA-LEED AP]. Determined to push the conventional boundaries of architecture, Joshua's passion lies in creating environments that inspire individuals and ultimately enhance society. In addition to the award winning designs created under his eponymous studio, Joshua led teams on numerous projects of significance while the senior project architect for Lionel Morrison FAIA including the W Dallas Residences, One Arts Plaza Residences, Northaven Residence, and LEED Gold Certified International Business Park Phase 15.

At Cobalt, we take pride in our homes and the protection of our buyers. We deliver all our homes with an industry-leading, 10-year warranty backed not only by Cobalt but by StrucSure Home Warranty. Our warranty offers one-year workmanship and materials, two-year wiring, piping, ductwork, and 10-year structural defect protection on our homes.
